Sesbreño is 10th place in the 2015 chemist licensure exam
Roxzien Shaye Gensaya Sesbreño, a BS Chemistry graduate of UP Visayas, is one of the examinees who garnered the ten highest places in the recent Chemist Licensure Exam administered by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) in September 2015.
With a rating of 87.25%, Sesbreño ranked 10th place. Sesbreño graduated in June 26, 2015, magna cum laude, with a general weighted average of 1.319.
Abdul-Rashid Batara Sampaco III of UP Manila topped the exam with a rating of 92.25%. The other examinees who made it to the top 10 with their corresponding rating are Patrick James Borromeo Cruz of Ateneo de Manila University-Quezon City and Gabril Luis Limpo Neri of UP Manila, 91.25% (2nd place); Aaron John Tan Balana and Edward Gabrielle Victoriano Hilvano, both of UP Manila, 90.25% (3rd place); John Louis Villanueva of UP Manila, 89.75% (4th place); Kenon Gabriel Castillo Vinson of Ateneo de Davao University, 89.50% (5th place); Lucas Francesco Edwardson Uy Ngo Dee of De La Salle University Manila, 89.25% (6th place); James Caseria Solano of Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Main Sta. Mesa, 88.75 (7th place); Justine Tumanon Vigo of University of Sto. Tomas, 88.00% (8th place); Marvin Vergara Pelovello of UP Manila, 87.75% (9th place); and Jayson Abenir Cabahug and Joyce Lyn Lomigo of UP Diliman, and Shardae Cartagena Guico of Ateneo de Manila University- Quezon City, 87.25% (10th place).
According to PRC, 414 out of 771 or roughly 53.70% of the examinees passed the said board exam. (With sources from the PRC website)
